The worst prison we can build ourselves into is guided by fears and limiting beliefs. This is possibly the most valuable lesson I’ve learnt after 35 years of dealing with severe visual disability.
Instead of focusing on what is missing or what we think we can’t do, inner growth and emotional intelligence lead us to zoom in our strenghts, learning potential, capabilities and the opportunities hidden behind trouble or adversity.
This project has the mission of inspiring and easing a life full of courage, powerful tools and freedom.
As I like to say, the only true disability, not pursuing our dreams.
Let me introduce myself…
My name is Carlos Arbós, psychologist, trainer and digital entrepreneur passionate for personal growth.
I was born in Palma de Mallorca (Spain) in 1982 and 3 years later I was diagnosed with retinitis pigmentosa.
People that know me the best underline my brave attitude, my determination, my thoughtfulness, my empathy and my enthusiasm for contributing towards a better world.
After working as researcher and teacher at the University of Alcalá, writing my first book, helping others as a public speaker and learning infinitely from all sorts of educational and professional experiences, now I feel I want to go one step further in my goal of empowering people with (and without) disabilities all over the world.
Welcome on board! I hope you enjoy your trip!
